Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Mogie AI PRO subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
1. Subscription plans
- Monthly PRO — ₹149 per month.
- Yearly PRO — ₹999 per year.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel any time — there's no lock-in.
- After you cancel, your PRO access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again after that.
- To cancel, open your profile menu in the app and choose "Manage subscription", or email feedback@mogie.in and we'll help.
3. Refunds
- 7-day first-purchase refund: if you're not happy with PRO, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first PRO purchase. Just email us from your account address.
- Renewals: refunds are generally not available for subscription renewals or for partially-used billing periods after the first-purchase window. If you were charged due to a genuine error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing glitch), contact us and we'll make it right.
- How to request: email feedback@mogie.in with the subject "Refund Request" and the email address used for the purchase.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once processed, refunds typically reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
